تم تصميم هذه الوحدة لمكاتب الاستشارات القانونية لتسهيل إدارة ومتابعة قضايا عملاء المكتب. يتطلب تتبع حالة كل عميل نظامًا لمتابعة وإدارة الجوانب الكاملة المتعلقة بالحالات مع موظفي المكتب الداخليين. السجل الخاص بكل حالة لكل عميل مهم جدًا ليتيح للمكتب نقله بسهولة إلى أي فرد من الموظفين الداخليين دون فقدان أي بيانات أو متابعة.
